Planning Committee — Minutes

Village of Linden Planning Commission Minutes January 14, 2026 The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm at the Village Hall. Committee Members: Bob Spurley, Doug Rider, Randy Edge, and Phil Welsh were present Citizens: Larry Dale Schultz Employees: Alan Schrank, Sue Lindner Larry Dale Schultz requested to parcel off his shed at 1007 Margaret St and have the shed on a lot by itself. Randy Edge commented that the land that the shed sits on is not big enough to meet the requirements of a lot size per village ordinance. It was the committee’s recommendation that Larry Dale Schultz parcel off the shed from 1007 Margaret St and add it to his lot at 845 Franklin St. and have a 2-lot certified survey map completed. Motion made by Randy Edge and seconded by Doug Rider Motion passed 4-0 The meeting adjourned at 6:34 pm
