PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF LINDEN, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the adjourned Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Linden, Iowa County, Wisconsin, to be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 6:30 pm located in the Village of Linden. The agenda for said meeting WI State Stat 19.85 is as follows: 1) Call the Regular Board meeting to order a) Roll call. b) Certification of meeting notice c) Citizen Citizens-Wis. Stat. Sec 19.83 (2) and Sec. 19.84 (2)- Five (5) minute limit except by consent of village board. No action will be taken on any item that is not specifically listed on the agenda. 2) Consent Agenda a) Approval of August 2025 Regular Board minutes b) Approval of September 3, 2025 Personnel meeting minutes c) Approval of August 2025 Treasurer’s reports. 3) President’s Report 4) Clerk-Treasurer Report 5) Sewer, Water, Public Works Reports 6) Police Reports 7) Committee Reports 8) Old Business A. Discussion and Approval of new skid steer tires 9) New Business A. Discussion and Approval of new fire helmets & gloves for LVFD. B. Discussion and Approval of donation to “It Takes A Village” event for Joe Kitelinger C. Discussion of Personnel Committees recommendation of Village of Linden Employees 2026 Wages. 1) Motion to go to closed session. Consideration of and action on adjourning to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec 19.85(1)c, which permits convening in closed session to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, for the purpose of discussing Village Employees 2026 wages. 2) Motion to go to open session. 3) Discussion and Approval of Village of Linden Employees 2026 Wages.
