MINUTES
April 29, 2025
The Special Board Meeting of the Village Board was called to order by Village President, Robert Spurley on
Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall.
Roll Call: John Trace, Denny Rickard, Stephen Troester, Jason Cartwright, Larry Dale Schultz, Doug Rider,
Robert Spurley.
Absent: None
Employees: Sue Lindner
Citizens: None
New Business:
A. The village board reviewed three bids for replacing the flooring in the large conference room in the
municipal building. The board made the decision to table until the next board meeting.
Motion by Denny Rickard and seconded by Jason to adjourn @ 6:22 pm.
