Minutes December 10, 2024 Village of Linden Zoning Appeals Commission Minutes The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm at the Village Hall. Committee Members: Bob Spurley, Dirk Faull, Lois Alton, Jason Cartwright were present Citizens: Steve Springer & Ed Hill The board discussed the options for the variance because of the hardship for the Hill property due to a building permit being issued and concrete being poured with setbacks of 8' rather than the 12' as in the ordnance for this property. After a lengthy discussion with no resolve. A motion was made by Bob Spurley to deny approval of the variance until the board can get legal counsel before making a final decision. It was seconded by Lois Alton - all approved Motion made by Jason Cartwright and seconded by Lois Alton to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 7:46 pm
