Minutes December 5, 2024 Village of Linden Planning Commission Minutes The meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm at the Village Hall. Committee Members: Bob Spurley, Larry Dale Schultz, Doug Rider, Randy Edge, and Phil Welsh were present Citizens: Steve Springer The committee reviewed the setback requirements at 423 Vial St in the Village of Linden. The question was raised if the setback should be 8 feet or 12 feet due to the undeveloped portion of Vial Street that runs east/west on the side of 423 Vial St. Steve Springer voiced his concerns about allowing the garage to be built at the 8 feet setback. It was the committee’s recommendation that Ed Hill & Theresa Egge file for a variance and submit more detailed plans for the addition. Motion made by Phil Welsh and seconded by Doug Rider The meeting adjourned at 6:33 pm
