PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF LINDEN, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the adjourned Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Linden, Iowa County, Wisconsin, to be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 6:30 pm located in the Village of Linden. The agenda for said meeting WI State Stat 19.85 is as follows: 1) Call Regular meeting to order a) Roll call. b) Certification of meeting notice c) Citizen – Mr. Shimshak – Iowa-Grant District Administrator Citizens-Wis. No action will be taken on any item that is not specifically listed on the agenda. 2) Consent Agenda a) Approval of September 2024 Regular Board minutes. b) Approval of September 2024 Treasurer’s reports. c) Approval of August 13, 2024 Building Committee Meeting Minutes. d) Approval of August 13, 2024 Park Committee Meeting Minutes. e) Approval of October 2, 2024 Health & Safety Committee Meeting Minutes. f) Approval of temporary class “B” Fermented Beverage License for Linden American Legion for November 17th. 3) President’s Report 4) Clerk-Treasurer Report 5) Sewer, Water, Public Works Reports 6) Police Reports 7) Committee Reports 8) Old Business a) Discussion & Approval of disbursement of revenue funds from sale of old F550. 9) New Business a) Discussion and approval of replacing the Brigadier. b) Discussion and approval of replacement copier/printer. c) Discussion of Personnel Committees recommendation of Village of Linden Employees 2025 Wages. 1) Motion to go to closed session. Consideration of and action on adjourning to closed session pursuant to Wis.
