Building Committee — Minutes

Minutes August 13, 2024 Village of Linden Building Committee Meeting Minutes Meeting was called to order at 2:30 pm @ the village office Committee Members, Bob Spurley, Jason Cartwright were present Randy Kitelinger from the Village Public Works attended the meeting The committee discussed getting the carpet cleaned in the area that is used by the sun program. The committee agreed that the furnaces needed to be cleaned and maintenance before the fall. Discussion was had about getting prices for an LED sign in front of the office. Jason said that he would work with Sue on getting pricing and options. There are two windows in the gym that are broken on the south side of the building. Jason is getting quotes from Tri-state Windows in Dodgeville, to repair these windows. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 3:30 pm
