Minutes August 13, 2024 Village of Linden Park Committee Meeting Minutes Meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm @ the village park Committee Members, Bob Spurley, Jason Cartwright, Larry Dale Schultz, were present Randy Kitelinger from the Village Public Works attended the meeting The committee discussed resurfacing the basketball court and fixing the hoops. They are estimating the basketball court would cost us somewhere around $10,000-$12,000. The committee discussed whether they need to add more outlets, by the new bleachers or any other areas. Also discussed removal of the old bleachers. The committee discussed looking into fixing some of the lights in the outfield of the baseball diamond. Larry was going to check with Alliant Energy to see if they had some options for some ballast for the lights that aren’t working. The committee agreed that redoing the park sign should be one of the things to focus on in 2025. They estimated about $1000 to do that. The committee discussed getting price quotes on running electric to the north pavilion, so that we would have outlets in that pavilion as well. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 2:15 pm
