Minutes August 1, 2024 Linden Streets & Sidewalk Committee Meeting The Linden Streets & Sidewalk Committee Meeting was called to order by Village President Bob Spurley on Thursday August 1st, at 9:05 a.m. Present: Bob Spurley, Denny Rickard, John Trace. Public Works: Randy Kitelinger Proper notice of this meeting was given on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Posted in the 3 locations, Village Hall, Post Office, and Larry’s Service & Towing. 2025 PROJECTS: A. Randy will get price for curb on Pleasant and Cobb Streets. B. Randy will talk to Scott’s Construction on sealcoating to get individual street bids to consider. C. May consider postponing crack filling streets and do more sealcoating. D. Talked about developing a long-range plan for East, Valley, and Dodgeville Streets. E. Looked at replacing 100 feet of sidewalk on West Main Street. John Trace made a motion and seconded by Denny Rickard to adjourn the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 10:45 a.m. Sue Lindner Village Clerk
