Requirements include: • Statement of financial condition (Balance Sheet) as of 12/31/2025. • 2025 revenues and expenditures (Statement of Revenues and Expenditures). • Indebtedness of the Town (included as other financing source) as of 12/31/2025. Johnson Block & Company completes an annual audit of the Town’s financial statements. Financial Statement Overview - • The Town had cash of $ 3,148,141 of 12/31/2025. $2,349,462 of this was advance tax collections for others. The Town collects taxes for all jurisdictions including Town, School, County, Vocational college. • Town has general obligation debt of $ 129,173 as of 12/31/ 2025. The Town’s general obligation debt limit is 5% of equalized value.
