Exeter Planning Commission Public Hearing June 17, 2025 7:03 PM Attendance: Mark Gundlach, Chris Meier, Ted Fahey, and Clerk Dawn Sass Public: None. Public Hearing: 1) The Town of Exeter has received a request from: Brian Yapp, N8509 County Road D, Belleville, WI 53508, requesting a conditional use permit for a contractors’ storage yard. The yard will be used for storing vehicles and other contracting supplies. Public Hearing closed at 7:07PM Regular Planning Commission meeting – 7:07PM Approval of Minutes: MOTION to approve minutes from 5/20/25 Public Hearing and Regular Planning Commission Meeting (CM/MG), all in favor, approved. Public Input: None. Old Business: None.
