Town of Exeter Plan Commission W2998 Hwy 92 Belleville, WI 53508 PUBLIC HEARING Tuesday, February 25, 2025 7:00 PM NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST The Town of Exeter has received a request for a Conditional Use Permit from Monica Pastrana, W3954 Vista Ln, Belleville, WI 53508, is requesting a conditional use permit for occasional hosting of small-scale outdoor events – tours of her botanical and vegetable gardens and crafting of herd infused vinegars, teas and non-alcoholic beverages, accessible to the public by County Road D, Belleville, Parcel #23-014 0143.4600, NE ¼ of the SW ¼, Section 21, T4N, R8E. The Exeter Plan Commission will hold a public hearing in order to receive comments regarding the above request. Written comments may be sent to the Plan Commission, Exeter Town Hall, W2998 Hwy 92, Belleville, WI 53508 before the above date. The Plan Commission will hold the regularly scheduled monthly meeting following the public hearing. Members of the commission will review any comments and make a recommendation to the Exeter Town Board. The Town of Exeter will make a recommendation to Green County concerning this request.
