Exeter Planning Commission March 19, 2024 7:00 PM Attendance: Paul O’Connor, Ed Short, Mark Gundlach, Chris Meier, and Clerk Dawn Sass Public: Ted Fahey, Chris Loshaw, Scott Pollen and Tim Young Approval of Minutes: Minutes from February 20, 2024 will be approved at next Plan Commission meeting. Public Input: None Old Business: None New Business: • Tour of the former St. Mary’s Church and Hall in Belleville located at 227 Frederick Street (on the corner of Frederick Street and West School Street) to consider purchasing for a new town hall and larger election space.
