TOWN OF NEW GLARUS Special Town Board Meeting, Wednesday, September 2, 2026, 1:00 PM Town Garage, N8799 Hayes Lane, New Glarus, WI Members in attendance: Chair Chris Narveson, Supervisor Matt StreiƯ, Supervisor Troy Pauli, Supervisor Dan Gartzke, Clerk- Treasurer Darla Kramer Absent: Supervisor Mark Pernitz Others in attendance: Harry Pulliam, Mindy Marty and Judith Blank 1. Chair Narveson called the meeting to order at 05:00 pm. 2. Clerk Darla Kramer attested to the Proof of Posting on 09-01-2026 at the Town Garage, the Bank of New Glarus, and the New Glarus Post OƯice. Posted to the website on 09-01-2026. 3. Rescind Asphalt Change Order - Motion made by Supervisor Gartzke to rescind the change order. Seconded by Supervisor Pauli. All were in favor. Motion carried. 4. Soliciting bids for Asphalt - Motion made by Supervisor StreiƯ to Solicit bids for Asphalt for the garage parking lot. Seconded by Supervisor Pauli. All were in favor. Motion carried. 5. Cleary Final Payment - Motion made by Supervisor Pauli to approve final payment to Cleary. Seconded by Supervisor Gartzke. All were in favor. Motion carried. 6.
