Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF NEW GLARUS SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING THURSDAY , JULY 30, 2026, 8:00 AM Members in attendance: Chair Chris Narveson, Supervisor Matt StreiƯ, Supervisor Troy Pauli (call in) and Clerk Treasurer Darla Kramer. Absent: Supervisor Mark Pernitz and Supervisor Dan Gartzke Also in attendance were Rob Ready, Drew Delforge, George Marotta 1. Chair Narveson called the meeting to order at 08:02 am. 2. Clerk Darla Kramer attested to the Proof of Posting on 07-23-2026 at the Town Garage, the Bank of New Glarus, and the New Glarus Post OƯice. Posted to the website on 07-23-2026. 3. Town Garage Site Preparation and Grading Work – Bid submitted by Hilliard Concrete & Excavating LLC. The proposed bid is for $36187.50. A change order was submitted to Cleary for Curb and Gutter for $19,994.00. Motion made by Supervisor StreiƯ to approve Hilliard’s estimate and the curb and gutter change order. Seconded by Supervisor Pauli. All were in favor. Motion carried. 4. Supervisor StreiƯ made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Supervisor Pauli seconded the motion. All were in favor.
