Call to Order: Special Town Meeting of the Electors was called to order by Chairman King at
6:04 pm., immediately following the Public Hearing on the 2025 Proposed Budget.
Verify Open Meeting Notice & Roll Call: Open meeting notice was verified. Chairman Maurice
King, Supervisor Dennis Hintz, Supervisor LeRoy Pukrop, Clerk Angela Lochinger, and Treasurer
Lori Kolodziej were present. 0 town residents and/or visitors were present.
Approve the minutes of the November 15, 2023 Special Town Meeting of the Electors:
Supervisor Leroy Pukrop motioned to approve the minutes of the November 15, 2023 Special
Town Meeting of the Electors as presented. Supervisor Dennis Hintz seconded. The motion
carried by town elector vote with 5 ayes, 0 nayes, 0 abstentions.
Adopt the 2024 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2025 pursuant to Sec. 60.10 (1) (a) of Wis. Stats.:
Chairman King explained that the Town Tax Levy would be $431,288, per state allowances,
which includes a $43,305 payment on the loan for the 2025 truck chassis, dump box, snowplow,
and related equipment.
Supervisor Dennis Hintz motioned to adopt the 2024 Town Tax Levy, to be paid in 2025, as
presented in the amount of $431,288, pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Stats. Supervisor
LeRoy Pukrop seconded. The motion carried by town elector vote with 5 ayes, 0 nays, and
0 abstentions.
Chairman King closed the Special Town Meeting of the Electors at 6:06 pm.
