GREEN COUNTY HIGHWAY COMMITTEE Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Green County Historic Courthouse 1016 16th Street, Monroe, WI 53566 MEETING MINUTES 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Chair at 3:00 p.m. Present: Russ Torkelson, Mark Gundlach, Kristi Leonard, William Burchard Others Present: Chris Narveson 2. Discussion and possible action regarding purchase of pickup truck A motion by Leonard, seconded by Gundlach, to approve the purchase of a ½-ton pickup truck from Dearth GMC for $62,445.00. Motion carried on a voice vote. 3. Presentation and Discussion on Highway Facility Project: Highway Department Operations and Equipment Discussion was held on the Highway Facility Project 4.
