Aging & Disability Advisory Committee 1:00 pm, Thursday, July 9, 2026 Government Services Building Multipurpose Rooms 2 & 3 1. Call to Order: Meeting called to order 1:00 PM. In Person: Rita Vickers, Isaiah Carlson, Roy Thomas, Tom Daly, Joyce Hummel, Linda Vetterli Via Zoom: Sharon Norton-Bauman Members Absent: Russ Torkelson Others present: Morgan Kelly, Darcy Toberman, 2. Approval of May minutes- Motion made to approve May minutes made by Roy Thomas, seconded by Linda Vetterli. All ayes. Minutes approved. 3. Staff Introduction- Darcy Toberman, ADRC Specialist was introduced. 4. Nutrition RFPs- Motion made to approve presented RFP’s made by Tom Daly, seconded by Rita Vickers. All ayes. RFPs approved. 5. Unit Updates a. Elder Benefit Specialist- Morgan discussed the Elder Benefit Specialist role and their current caseload. b. Upcoming events- Morgan discussed the upcoming events and classes being held though the ADRC. 6. Other Business- None 7.
