October 30, 2024 Town of Dewey Board Meeting Note: These are the proposed Minutes that will be approved at the next Board meeting. ___________________________________________________________________________ Minutes Wednesday, October 30, 2024 430 Dewey Drive-Stevens Point WI 54482 Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Chairman King at 6:30 pm, and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Verify Open Meeting Notice & Roll Call: The open meeting notice was verified. Present were Chairman Maurice King, Supervisors Dennis Hintz and LeRoy Pukrop, Clerk Angela Lochinger, Portage County Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator Bonnie Skalecke, Plan Commission members Kathy Girolamo, Sandy Meis, Doug Evica, Rhonda Hollfelder, and town resident Dennis Meis. Work on the Town of Dewey’s portion of the Portage County All-Hazards Mitigation Plan: Town board members, the clerk, Portage County Emergency Management, Plan Commission members, and a resident worked together on developing the Town of Dewey’s portion of the Portage County All-Hazards Mitigation Plan. Adjournment: Chairman King adjourned the meeting at 7:53 pm.
