The terms described below: TERMS OF SALE: 1. Real Estate. Property defined as the upper portion of Parcel 290-0813-0542-018, a parcel with legal description of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 6641 Document No. 1504842, City of Waterloo, Jefferson County, WI. Located in TID 3. 2. Purchase Price. $100. payable in full at the time of closing. Therefore, Be It Resolved, by the Common Council of the City of Waterloo, Wisconsin, authorizes the sale , terms described above.
