MEETING MINUTES Village of Palmyra PLAN COMMISSION Wednesday August 19, 2026 6:00 p.m. 100 W. Taft St. The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Chairperson Gorsegner. Roll Call: Gorsegner, Ball, Holcomb, Scheffner-present. Dooley, absent. Approval of Minutes: Holcomb / Ball motion to approve minutes from July 15, 2026 as presented. All ayes-motion carried. New Business: 1. Adam Westerdale reviewed the description of his business AJ Formations Design LLC and AJ Formations LLC. Holcomb inquired if there is any noise to your production process. Mr. Westerdale confirmed that there will be no excessive noise to affect neighbors. Holcomb / Ball motion to approve the Plan of Operations for Adam Westerdale to operate a custom design, printing, art/crafts, handmade local products and office for AJ Formations for painting, remodeling, flooring, tile at 118 W. Main St. lower level store front. All ayes-motion carried. Schneffer / Holcomb motion to adjourn at 6:05 pm. All ayes-motion carried.
