MEETING MINUTES Village of Palmyra PLAN COMMISSION Wednesday June 17, 2026 6:00 p.m. 100 W. Taft St. The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Chairperson Gorsegner. Roll Call: Gorsegner, Ball, Scheffner-present. Holcomb, excused. Dooley, absent. Approval of Minutes: Scheffner/Ball motion to approve minutes from May 20, 2026 as presented. All ayes-motion carried. Public Hearing: For a conditional use Application from Jake Boss to install an outdoor wood boiler for heat at his home at 633 Jefferson St. Palmyra, WI. 53156 in the Rural Holdings District, Village of Palmyra as follows: 17.05(7)(x)of the Village of Palmyra Zoning Code. Jake Boss in attendance. No other public comment. Public Hearing closed. New Business: 1. Scheffner/Ball motion to approve the conditional use Application from Jake Boss to install an outdoor wood boiler for heat at his home at 633 Jefferson St. Palmyra, WI. 53156 in the Rural Holdings District, Village of Palmyra as follows: 17.05(7)(x)of the Village of Palmyra Zoning Code. All ayes-motion carried. 2. Ball/Scheffner motion to approve the Plan of Operations for Miguel Linares to operate a restaurant/bar at 227 S. Third St. known as the Nite Cap Inn. Noted that if new owner wanted to extend hours, they would need to reapply to the Plan Commission. All ayes-motion carried. Scheffner/Ball motion to adjourn at 6:09pm. All ayes-motion carried.
