MEETING MINUTES Village of Palmyra PLAN COMMISSION Wednesday May 20, 2026 6:00 p.m. 100 W. Taft St. The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Chairperson Gorsegner. Roll Call: Dooley, Ball, Holcomb, Scheffner-present. Approval of Minutes: Holcomb/Scheffner motion to approve minutes from April 15, 2026 as presented. All ayes-motion carried. New Business: 1. Scheffner/Dooley motion to approve the Plan of Operations for Christopher & Sarah Siebeneich, dba Seven Oak Public House, Palmyra Bowl, Finn & Louie’s Pizza at 300 W. Main to operate a bowling alley, restaurant, bar. 2. Holcomb/Ball motion to approve the Plan of Operations for Bartolotta Fireworks, owner Aaron Feisthammel, to sell fireworks in parking lot at 162 E. Main St. from June 1, 2026 to July 5, 2026 Scheffner/Dooley motion to adjourn at 6:13pm. All ayes-motion carried.
