AGENDA Town of Ixonia Town Planning Commission Ixonia Town Hall August 25, 2026 W1195 Marietta Avenue 7:00 p.m. Ixonia, WI 53036 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Planning Commission, County of Jefferson, will conduct a meeting for the transaction of business as is by law required or permitted at such meeting pursuant to the notice requirements of Wisconsin Statute 19.84 public notices. 1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Proof of Posting and Notice 3. Approve Minutes from June 23, 2026, July 28, 2026 & August 3, 2026 4. Request by Dawn Wuerl a preliminary certified survey map to split 1.3-acre parcel and a 2.9-acre parcel leaving the a 30.8-acre outlot from parcel 012-0816-1624-000 5. Request by Dawn Wuerl to rezone from A-1 to A-3 to create a 1.3-acre residential lot (Lot 1) and a 2.9- acre farm consolidation around the existing house and outbuildings (Lot 2) at N8704 Highview Road from parcel 012-0816-1624-000. 6. HTK Investments-owner, renting to Mobile Air at N8121 Industrial Drive; site plan/plan of operation. 7. Discussion and possible action regarding subdivision ordinance committee recommendations by Plan Commission sub-committee 8.
