Call to Order, Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Proof of Posting and Notice 3. Approve Minutes from June 23, 2026 4. Request by Jon & Kessia Boche for conditional use to allow for Accessory Dwelling Unit in existing A-1 zone at W1201 County Road CW, parcel 012-0816-0323-001 5. Discussion and possible action regarding subdivision ordinance committee recommendations by Plan Commission sub-committee 6. Motion to Adjourn *Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board may be present at this meeting at the above-mentioned date and time to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the Town Board pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v.
