Call to Order, Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Proof of Posting and Notice 3. Approve Minutes from May 26, 2026 4. Request by Tekfource LLC for a variance to allow for a building addition with max height of 50’ above finished floor, exceeding the 35’ height limit in I-zone at W1285 Industrial Drive, parcel 012-0816-2722- 011 5. Request by Mehrabi Family Trust to rezone split existing house parcel off of remaining land at N8697 Hustisford Road, parcel 012-0816-1831-000 6. Discussion and possible action regarding updates to subdivision ordinance as recommended by Plan Commission sub-committee 7. Motion to Adjourn *Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board may be present at this meeting at the above-mentioned date and time to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the Town Board pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v.
