Town of Ixonia Planning Commission Meeting Minutes 1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance: Chairman Dave Kester called the meeting to order at 7 pm. Commissioners presented included Heather Harris, Dean Loppnow, Kevin Griswald, and Andy Maduscha. Commissioners Lloyd Marks and Jason Mass were absent. 2. Proof of Posting and Notice: Confirmed. 3. Approve Minutes from January 28, 2026: Maduscha made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Harris seconded the motion. Motion carried, 5-0. 4. Consider and possible action regarding the request from Dennis Lauersdorf to rezone from A-1 to A-3 to create a 1-acre residential lot at N9154 Ski Slide Road, parcel 012-0816-1224-000: Maduscha made a motion to recommend approval of the request to rezone 1-acre from A-1 to A-3 for N9154 Ski Slide Road. Griswald seconded the motion. Motion carried, 5-0. 5. Consider and possible action on recommending members to the review committee for subdivision ordinance (Chapter 26) of the Town of Ixonia Ordinances: Discussion was appointing Clavin Sauer, Josh Nettesheim, Heather Harris, Dean Loppnow Jr., Phil M. among others. No formal action was taken at this time. 6. Consider and possible action regarding the Tax Incremental District and request guidance from the Town Board on potential approved uses and possibility of joining the Jefferson County Economic Development Consortium: Discussion by the Commissioners on this item, no formal action was taken at this time. 7.
