Call to Order, Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Proof of Posting and Notice 3. Approve Minutes from August 27, 2025 4. Discussion and possible action regarding the request by Runyard Properties LLC to rezone from A-1 to A-3 to create a 1.0-acre residential lot at W296 County Road CW, parcel #012-0816-0143-000. 5. Discussion and possible action regarding the request by Ski Slide Storage LLC for a land division to create two lots in existing I-Industrial zone, parcel #012-0816-2534-004 & parcel #012-0816-2534-000. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding the request by Jackson Enterprises, LLC for a conditional use for transportation services to allow for a seasonal storage company in an A-T zone on the corner of North Road and Hwy 16, parcel #0121-0816-2111-002. 7. Discussion and possible action regarding the request by Mark Wierman providing a plan of operation for W1046 Marietta Ave., Suite 220 within the Ixonia Bank building 8. Discussion and possible action regarding creating or setting convenances for the future expansion of the industrial park (to include all potentially zoned industrial properties as described within the town’s comprehensive plan). 9.
