Town Board Meeting — Minutes

September 16th Agenda Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday September 16th, 2026 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Bargender called the meeting to order at 5:32pm. Present were: Chairman Rebecca Bargender, Supervisor Jeff Costigan, Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasurer Soraya Krostag, and Clerk Cassandra Pio-Stoflet Other: The minutes of the Wednesday August 12th 2026Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Jeff Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Mark Gudel to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Jeff Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Mark Gudelto approve as presented. Motion carried.  Snow Plow agreement from Wood County approved by Jeff Costigan and Seconded Mark Gudel  DNR offers MFL land submission Correspondence: The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Mark Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Jeff Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be October 7th at 6:00PM. Moved by Supervisor Mark Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Jeff Costigan to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
