Town Board Meeting — Minutes

UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, April 15, 2025 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag, Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz and Deputy Clerk Cassandra Pio-Stoflet Other: None The minutes of the Wednesday, March 12, 2025 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for March was presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to approve as presented. Motion carried. Quote for Holding tank to get fixed. 812.57 to replace manhole and alarm, plus 450 for inspection on tank and will need to be pumped. Board decided they needed more time to review this quote before moving forward Discuss remodeling bathroom in hall. Budget of $500.00 was approved for new light, fan and paint in bathroom. Motion was made by supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan. Quote for bridges was presented 14560.00 to finish top coat on bridges. Motion was made by supervisor Costigan to approve and seconded by Supervisor Gudel. Chairman Gardner signed agreement. Road inspection was set for Saturday May 10th at 8 am. Treasurers and Clerks books were reconciled. Motion was made by Supervisor Gudel to approve and seconded by Supervisor Costigan Correspondence: None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, May, 14 2025 @ 6:00pm Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
