UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, September 25, 2024 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag, Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz and Deputy Clerk Cassandra Pio-Stoflet Absent: Supervisor Jeff Costigan Other: Azizah Tester The minutes of the Wednesday, August 25, 2024 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Chairman Gardner to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded Chairman Gardner to approve as presented. Motion carried. • School Administrator will be on October’s agenda • BOR October 16th 6-8 • Set up PO Box for Town bills to go to. Motioned to approve by Supervisor Gudel and Seconded by Chairman Gardner. Correspondence: • None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Chairman Gardner to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, October 16, 2024 @ 5:30pm Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Chairman Gardner to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
