UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, July , 2024 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag, Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz and Deputy Clerk Cassandra Pio-Stoflet Other: Jim Zdroik from Fahrner The minutes of the Monday, June 19, 2024 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to approve as presented. Motion carried. • Election workers for fall primary were discussed • Hosting Towns Association’s meeting was discussed and food for meeting was approved. • Jim Zdroik presented some proposals for bridge work on Ivy Dow Rd and Wallace Rd. Chairman Gardner motioned to approve bridge work for Ivy Dow(2000.00) motion was seconded supervisor Gudel. • Motion was made by Supervisor Costigan to approve bridge work for Wallace(6844.16). Motion seconded by supervisor Gudel Correspondence: • None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, August 21, 2024 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
