UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, June 19, 2024 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag, Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz and Deputy Clerk Cassandra Pio-Stoflet Other: Azizah Tester The minutes of the Tuesday, May 15, 2024 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to approve as presented. Motion carried. • Propane tank needs to be fixed estimate was around $1000. Supervisor Gudel motioned to fix, seconded by supervisor Costigan • Speaker for hosting towns association meeting was discussed. Chairman Gardner would ask Jerry Minor. Food would be catered by Paulie’s Diner. Drinks and dessert would be provided by the town board. • Board discussed adding Deputy Clerk Cassandra Pio-Stoflet to the checking account. Motion was made by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan. Correspondence: • None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Thursday, July 25, 2024 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
