UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, January, 17, 2024 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:01pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: Azizah Tester The minutes of the Monday, November, 29 2023 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried. • Elections 2024 and trainings o 01/27/2024-Election training-Azizah Tester, Kimm Wojtalewicz and Cassandra Pio-Stoflet will be attending o 02/09/2024-we will not be having one no competitive races in our township o 04/02/2024-Pres Pref Primary & Spring Election o 08/13/2024-Partisan Primary o 11/05/2024-General Election • BOR training- Supervisor Costigan will be attending March 16th in Marshfield Correspondence: • None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, February 14, 2024 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
