UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, November 29, 2023 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Supervisor Costigan called the meeting to order at 6pm. Present were: Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Absent: Chairman Tom Gardner Other: Azizah Tester The minutes of the Wednesday, November 1, 2023 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to approve as presented. Motion carried. • Trash o Days of pick up will be Thursdays every other week for garbage and Tuesdays once a month for recycling. • Election workers for 2024- o Supervisor Gudel motioned to approve Chef Election Inspector and poll workers for 2024. Seconded by Supervisor Costigan. Motion Carried • Budget- o The Budget for the town of Hiles was presented Supervisor Gudel motioned to approve budget and seconded by Supervisor Costigan. Motion approved. Correspondence: None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, January 17, 2024 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
