UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, September 13, 2023 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: Residents Azizah Tester and Cassandra Pio-Stoflet The minutes of the Wednesday, August 9, 2023 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried. • Roads o Koppen Road was completed the first week in September • WM Agreement was supposed to be update but the area Manager did not make it to the meeting. Correspondence: • Contract for Fire and EMS was signed by Clerk and Chairman for 2024 The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, October 4, 2023 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
