UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, July 12, 2023 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6 pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: The minutes of the Wednesday, June 7, 2023 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Roads o Clerk and Chairman signed agreement for Koppen Rd for Town of Dexter to pay back over the next 10 years. o Town will be using 50/50 money to help pay their half of paving Koppen Rd Correspondence:  Hall will be rented out Saturday, July 29th The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, August 9, 2023 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
