UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, June 10, 2023 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 5:30pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: Resident Azizah Tester The minutes of the Wednesday, May 10, 2023 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Chairman Gardner went over Road Inspection  Uniform Dwelling Code o Need to adopt Uniform Dwelling Code in order to have residents hire their own inspectors instead of going with state inspectors. Chairman Gardner looked for Motion to pass Ordinance. Supervisor Costigan moved for motion, seconded by Supervisor Gudel.  Hourly labor wage for supervisors has not been reviewed in over 20 years. Hourly wage for labor work was discussed. Chairman Gardner motioned to pass Hourly Labor wage of $21.00 per hour. Motion moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan. Correspondence: None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, July 12, 2023 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
