UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, June 7, 2023 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: Azizah Tester The minutes of the Wednesday, May 10, 2023 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Discussed possibility of Deputy Clerk  Roads  Dexter will pave their half of Koppen with a payment agreement will our township. Chairman Gardner will work with Towns Association to get agreement put together. Correspondence: None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, June 7, 2023 @ 5:30pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
