UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Tuesday, April 18, 2023 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:05pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag, Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz and Assessor Jerry Wagner. Other: None The minutes of the Wednesday, March, 15 2023 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Roads o Estimate for Chip Sealing Hoffman-24,500.00 o Estimates for Koppen Rd-  135,200.00 2” of asphalt  182,500.00 3” of asphalt o Estimate for Ivy Dow-7,000.00 o Contract for JJ’s Brush Cutting was signed  Open book and BOR dates were set for May 31st(Open Book) June 8th(BOR)  Road Inspection was set for June 3, 2023 @ 8am starting from Hay Creek Pallet. Correspondence:  Clerk will be attending BOR training Saturday, April 22 The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, May 10 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
