April 18, 2022 Town of Hiles Annual Meeting 2023 Unofficial Minutes Town of Hiles Annual Meeting Tuesday, April 18, 2023 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County the Town of Hiles Annual Meeting was called to order by Chairman Tom Gardner at 6p.m. Present were Town Electors— Thomas Gardner, Jeff Costigan, Mark Gudel, Kimm Wojtalewicz, and Soraya Krostag. Also Present was residents- None Minutes of the April 19, 2022, Annual Meeting were presented. Motion made by Gudel and seconded by Costigan to dispense with the reading of the minutes and approve as presented. There was no discussion. Motion carried. The 2023 Annual Wages was presented and reviewed.  Reviewed wages for board members. o Chairman wages will increase from $125 per Quarter to $250 Pre Quarter for 2025-2027 term o Treasures wages will increase from $537.50 per quarter to $1000 per quarter for 2025- 2027 term o Supervisor’s wages will increase from $70 per meeting to $75 per meeting for 2025- 2027 term o Clerks Wages will increase from $1000 per quarter to $1875 for 2023-2025 term Moved by Costigan and seconded by Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried. Possible Road work to be done in 2023-2025 term  Chip Sealing  Paving Koppen Rd  Putting turn around on Ivy Dow Chairman’s Report to the Electors--2022 Town of Hiles Annual Meeting  Rest of Hay Creek Rd was paved  Temporary Turn around put in on Ivy Dow  Signs Replaced foe roads missing them Date for next Annual Meeting is tentatively set for the 3rd Tuesday of April, 2024.
