UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, March, 15, 2023 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:03 pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: None The minutes of the Wednesday, February, 15 2023 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Board of audit was done for books for 2022. Books Treasurer and Clerks books matched and approved.  Discussed possible road projects for the year of 2023. o Paving Holst Rd o Paving Kopen Rd o Placing turn around on end of Ivy Dow o Chip sealing or crack filling Town Hall Parking lot Correspondence:  None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Tuesday, April 18, 2023 after the Annual Meeting. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
