UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, February, 15, 2023 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: Dan Hansen-Building Inspector The minutes of the Wednesday, January, 11 2023 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Dan Hansen came to talk about being the Towns Building Inspector instead of going with the state. Town Board thanked him for his time and said they would discuss before moving forward since there would need to be a Ordinance put in place. Correspondence:  Clerk presented that garbage pick up went up from 759 per month to 832 due to new pricing and fuel service charges  Spring Primary Feb 21st The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, March 15,2023 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
