UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, January, 11, 2023 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:06pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: none The minutes of the Monday, November, 16 2022 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Roads o Ordered sign for Wiesner Road  Buying new chairs for election workers. Ones that are currently being used are old and uncomfortable to sit in for 14 hours Correspondence:  Clerk ordered checks  Trainings for Clerk and Chief Election Inspector January 25th and February 4th  Spring Primary will be February 21st The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, Febuary 15,2023 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
