UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, November 16, 2022 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:02pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Absent: Supervisor Mark Gudel Other: None The minutes of the Wednesday, October 12, 2022 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Chairman Gardner to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Chairman Gardner to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Roads o Discussed possible road projects for 2023  Elected Poll workers for 2022 o Chairman Gardner motioned to approve Chef Election Inspector and poll workers for 2023. Seconded by Supervisor Costigan. Motion Carried  The Budget for the town of Hiles was presented Chairman Gardner motioned to approve budget and seconded by Supervisor Costigan. Motion approved. Correspondence:  WEC is doing an audit on our township and 6 others in wood county for the November 2022 election. Wood County clerk’s office will be taking care of everything needed for audit and will notify the Town Clerk when done.  Signs Missing on Weisner Road missing and need to be replaced. The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Chairman Gardner to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, January 11, 2023 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Chairman Gardner to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
