UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, October 12, 2022 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 5:30pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: None The minutes of the Wednesday, September 21, 2022 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Chairman Gardner signed EMS and Fire contracts Correspondence:  Clerk presented transportation Aide for 2023 The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, November 16,2022 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
