UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, September 21, 2022 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:01pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: None The minutes of the Wednesday, August 31, 2022 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Road updates- Roads were graded  Open book October 5, 2022  Bill Urban will be cutting grass at town hall for 2023 summer season  Fire numbers were ordered for 2 different resident Correspondence: None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, Octoberr 12, 2022@ 5:30pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
