UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, August 31, 2022 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:01pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Not Present was Supervisor Costigan Other: None The minutes of the Wednesday, July 27, 2022 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Chairman Gardner to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Chairman Gardner and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Road updates o Shoulder work on Hay Creek was finished  Set date for BOR. October 12, 2022 @ 6pm Correspondence:  Towns Association workshops-Clerk will be attending virtually The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Chairman Gardner to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, September 21 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Chairman Gardner to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
