UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, July 27, 2022 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: None The minutes of the Wednesday, June 15, 2022 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Road updates o Black topping on Hay Creek Rd will begin in a week or so. Road will be open to local traffic  Towns Association meeting will be August 19th that the town is hosting. Food will be catered by Baum’s and desserts will be provided by board members. Correspondence: Wood County upped their pricing on posts for road signs The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, August 31 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
