UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, May 11, 2022 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Supervisor Gudel called the meeting to order at 6:15pm. Present were: Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: None The minutes of the Tuesday, April 19, 2022 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Clerk Wojtalewicz to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Clerk Wojtalewicz to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Reviewed road inspection will be discussed at next meeting Correspondence:  None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudeland seconded by Clerk Wojtalewicz to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, June 15, 2022 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Clerk Wojtalewicz to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
